Haryana
has given consent for obtaining power from all the projects being set-up in the
Central Sector and has also signed Power Purchase Agreements with the provision
that Haryana is willing to off take more power over and above its anticipated
share as per Gadgil formula in case some spare capacity is available from share
of other states/unallocated quota. It is expected to add around 2900 MW from the
projects to be set up in the Central Sector by the year 2012- 2013. |
